1 lb ground pork

olive oil

large onion, sliced

2 cloves minced garlic

1/2 cabbage, chopped

2 x 14.5oz cans diced tomatoes

1 x 8oz can tomato sauce

1/2 cup chicken stock

salt and pepper



Soften onion in olive oil, then add ground pork, cooking until no longer pink. Mix in garlic, then cabbage, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, chicken stock and seasoning and bring to the boil.  Reduce heat, cover and cook on low approximately 25 minutes or until cabbage is tender.
